SMART COMMUNICATION SOLUTIONS

Customer Support

Check this page for information related to your print newsletter.
For all other support please contact us for assistance.

Anyone can create content, but creating valuable, relevant, quality content takes time, effort, energy, resources, and knowledge.

Why is content important?

Content helps your business build a relationship with your audience. When you create value without taking anything in return, your audience is more likely to trust your advice and recommendations.

Print Production

In order to deliver your newsletter on time, all changes to your clinic information must be submitted by the deadline.

Changes deadline: Wednesday 5 May 2021

Edition: Winter 2021 (June - Aug 2021)

All changes to your clinic content must be received by our office no later than 12 noon (AWST) on Wednesday 5 May 2021.

We recommend submitting your request early to allow time for proof checking and any further changes that may be required.

Topics you'll find in the Winter 2021 edition

> Common winter illnesses in pets, plus tips to keep them healthy
> The best water for your dog
> Reasons to desex your pet
> How can we tell our cats really do love us?

> What should I feed my pet bird?

Upcoming deadlines can be found below. Deadlines are advised in advance with each newsletter delivery and a reminder email is also sent approximately one week before.

All changes must reach our office no later than midday (AWST) on the changes deadline date. Once the deadline has passed your file is closed so it can be finalised and sent to the printer. We are unable to process any further changes for the edition in production.
All changes received after the deadline will be made for the following edition.
