What is the Your Vet Practice Newsletter?

A Cost Effective Practice Newsletter

Costing far less than you could produce a similar newsletter yourself, the competitive price-structure of Your Vet means only a small outlay is needed to increase practice turnover. For a small practice, taking the minimum order (200 copies), the income from one extra consultation a month will cover the subscription.

Quarterly Format And Flexibility

A new edition is published each quarter (in time with the seasons), allowing you to keep clients fully informed about any changes in your practice. You can change the personal sections, and the number of copies required, with each edition

Changes are due in to the Your Vet team by the 5th of the month. For example changes for June will need to be in by the 5th of May.

Terms and conditions

Subscription conditions work on the simple basis that unless we are advised to the contrary by the appropriate deadline, then the quantity and personalised content remains unchanged from the previous printed issue and the most recent layout that we have on file will be provided to the printer. Please remember that we MUST have your changes to our editors by the 5th of the month before the newsletter is published (e.g. 5th October for the November edition). It is your responsibility to provide information correctly (i.e. spelling and grammar) and check your proof thoroughly – this makes production of the newsletter much more efficient.

newsletter deliveries

All newsletters should be delivered to you by the 1st of the month. If you haven’t received them by the 5th, please advise us as soon as you can so we can investigate. Our policy is that we must be advised of any non-deliveries by the 5th of the month. We will not accept claims after this date.

FREE NEWSLETTER FOLDING

We offer a free folding service for our printed newsletters. They can be tri-folded so they easily fit into a DL envelope. These you can use to send out to your patients and other contacts as part of your clinic marketing or with regular correspondence (such as invoicing).
